[0.0s] Previously on Dumbgeons and Dragons. [30.0s] That leads directly up to the maze. You notice movement high up on the tower. [35.4s] Heroes! They saw you in the village! I've taken the mask but they'll realize it's missing [39.7s] within minutes! Look for me beneath the tower! This is the key that will let you teleport [44.3s] into the dungeon! You run into the path and you've entered an open area which is an [51.4s] intersection where eight paths converge symmetrically. A sundial stands in the [57.0s] center of the intersection. The shadow from its gnomon points straight toward the tower. [62.9s] I think this one right ahead of us. It's as good a guess as any. [66.2s] You come back into the very same sundial area. The shadows are now pointing to A and C. [76.1s] How about this one? And I gesture to C. [78.7s] On our way to entrance C, Russ, I would like to drop some coins or something on the ground [85.1s] to mark our entry there. You enter a large square courtyard and filling the center of [92.0s] this courtyard is a circular pool of water. A garnet gemstone hovers one foot above the [97.8s] center of this pool. Donnie flies to the center and as he grabs it a pincer claw reaches up [105.5s] and grabs his claw. The room is clear of jewels. Donnie has the garnet in hand. [111.5s] You enter back into the sundial room and it is still at A and C. [115.4s] Can we see the coins I dropped on the ground? Are they still there? [118.3s] They appear to have disappeared. [122.9s] Welcome to Dumbgeons and Dragons. We are a D&D fifth edition actual play podcast and I'm [127.0s] your dungeon master, Russ More, and with me today is Amy More. [129.8s] And I can't even handle it. [132.5s] And also with me, who do you play? Oh, I play Thea Mastazia. [137.8s] Also with me is Carla Johnson. [139.8s] I think I can handle it, but I definitely play Nulara Moonbrook. [144.2s] And Tom Laird. [146.2s] I can 100% handle it and I play FlintFirebeard. [151.0s] Coming in confident, Tom. I like it. [153.2s] Gotta start high. There's never ever been a drop off when you start at the top, right? [157.0s] Yeah, never. You just keep going up. [159.1s] Never. That's how things work. [161.4s] You did just watch Never Stop Never Stopping, so. [163.9s] Oh, so good. [165.0s] It's got your confidence level right up here. [168.0s] Right? [168.9s] It is a good movie. [169.9s] It's no pop star. [171.4s] I was going to say, I'd like to hear more about Pup Star, [173.8s] which apparently has had repeated viewings in the More household. [177.0s] Pup Star 2. [178.2s] Oh, Pup Star. [179.0s] Sorry, yes, Pup Star 2. [181.0s] Yeah, that's the one we watched. [182.0s] No, it was really good. You know, little tiny dog making it big. [185.8s] Amy watched it more intently than Addison did. [190.5s] I don't know why either. It sucked me in and it was bad. [193.5s] It's because your mother never let you watch talking animal movies. [196.6s] It's true. It was like the one thing. [198.0s] She let me watch Terminator 2 when it came out. [200.0s] I was like, what, eight? [201.4s] But babe? [202.1s] But she wouldn't let me watch Babe, Pig in the City. [204.9s] Wow, that's a weird, weird choice. [207.7s] She's like, Amy, it's a talking pig. [210.5s] Though there was one movie that we were allowed to watch [214.0s] with animals talking and it was Homeward Bound. [217.9s] OK. [218.4s] It's a good choice. It's a classic. [220.1s] That one, the dog's mouth don't move. [222.1s] It wasn't a classic then, Carla. [224.8s] I was going to think that maybe it was the incredibly sad Disney Fox and Hound. [230.5s] That's animated. [232.1s] Still, though, I'm sure you must have got to watch [234.3s] talking animated animal movies, right? [237.0s] Did you get to watch Look Who's Talking? [240.1s] No. Well, it's not that she didn't let me watch it. [242.5s] We just never watched it. [243.4s] I don't. I think to this day, I still haven't watched it. [245.8s] I mean, the first one you are clearly missing out. [248.4s] The first one is pretty great. [250.7s] Welcome to our podcast. [251.9s] We talk about movies Amy wasn't allowed to watch when she was little. [255.4s] I like it. Hey, Amy, let's put it on the list. [257.6s] OK. It's another one of our podcasts [258.9s] we're going to do any time now. [260.4s] We're going to launch a different one from my childhood. [263.0s] Can we can we do television shows as well? [265.0s] Because I have a bunch I wasn't allowed to watch when I was a kid. [267.3s] I didn't have TV, so we have endless content. [271.4s] Oh, wow. [271.9s] It's the podcast that will keep renewing itself. [273.6s] Any show that exists I did not see. [277.4s] Perfect. [278.1s] Wow. [278.6s] Basically, unless I like was at a friend's house. [281.1s] All right. So I'm just waiting on you guys to just take [283.1s] take the reins on one of those ideas. [285.0s] Any time now, one of them is going to stick. [287.1s] Sure is going to happen. [287.7s] This podcast network that we have going. [290.2s] Our empire is going to grow. [292.4s] This network of one. [293.8s] I have some narrative podcast ideas. [296.6s] Truly, truly I actually do, but it seems like a lot of work. [300.6s] So I'll get back to you on it. [303.3s] Let's talk Carla, because that sounds like a great idea. [306.6s] That does sound very interesting. [307.8s] I'm willing to get you off the ground on that one. [309.8s] I listened to you five stars on iTunes. [313.6s] Oh, thanks, Amy. [315.0s] And if you want to support us, we're also on Patreon. [317.2s] Tom can tell you about Patreon. [318.6s] Yeah. Patreon.com slash dumb dragon cast. [323.1s] Russ. Yes. [324.8s] Yes. Nailed it was just waiting for that nod. [328.3s] Yeah. So we do one episode a month. [331.9s] It comes out on the 15th of every month. [334.2s] Currently, right now, we're just about. [337.1s] Well, I guess it will have been released already. [339.8s] We'll release our first episode of our fate campaign. [343.8s] Technically, it's like the third episode, [345.5s] but it'll be the first one that features us [348.2s] actually using the characters and everything that we're like. [351.4s] Actually comes out today. [352.9s] Oh, it comes out today. [353.7s] This is released. [354.8s] Amazing. [355.5s] Also on that Patreon list of episodes is an 11 episode arc that I did [361.8s] in the D&D world of Faerun as well, [364.7s] but with different characters for Russ, Amy and Carla to play [368.5s] and navigate that crazy world with. [371.7s] And we have other fun things like character sheets [374.0s] that come out fortnightly. [375.8s] And a goog hang. [377.0s] And a monthly goog hang. [378.9s] There's so much. [380.1s] Our dumb faces. [382.0s] So much going on over there. [383.4s] Three beautiful faces and one dumb face. [386.0s] Oh, who's the dumb face? [388.1s] Well, me. [389.0s] Oh, dumb face. [392.1s] You guys, you all pointed at yourself. [394.1s] I didn't. [395.0s] It's me. [395.6s] I wasn't going to like zing you guys. [397.4s] Amy was like, it's Russ. [403.0s] So, yeah, thank you. [404.5s] Patreon.com slash dumb dragon cast. [406.5s] Lots of great people. [407.4s] I don't know if I missed anything else with Patreon. [409.8s] There's also other stuff, but go check it out. [412.2s] I don't want to spoil it all. [413.1s] Yeah, no spoilers. [414.0s] You go look, do some work yourself. [415.8s] Amy's can't hanker us today. [417.8s] God. [418.6s] Yeah, I like it. [419.7s] It's good. [420.0s] We got a death maze to face. [421.0s] Yeah, I'm just like, I'm just trying to be like. [423.8s] Get jacked for it. [426.0s] Guys, I feel like someone's going to die today. [428.1s] Fuck it, guys. [428.7s] Let's play D&D. [430.3s] That was great timing. [431.8s] I was waiting for a good cue. [433.8s] He was waiting for Tom not to be able to. [436.0s] He was waiting for Tom to take a drink of something. [438.2s] He's like, God, he's got to be the Perrier. [440.7s] Come on. [443.0s] It's the lemon Perrier, though. [444.2s] It's no good. [445.3s] But you're drinking it anyway. [447.9s] You've entered back into the sundial where there's the intersection [450.6s] where there are eight paths converge symmetrically [453.4s] and the shadows are pointed again towards A and C. [458.5s] Where is the tower in relation to the pathways? [465.6s] Towers pointed towards H. [469.0s] OK, so it's different than the last time we were in this. [471.3s] Yeah. [471.8s] And Flammikins pipes up and she's like, [474.6s] because it's getting kind of dark now and she's like, [479.1s] Flammikins, Flammikins, there I am. [480.9s] Let's get fucked. [482.2s] Let's get fucked. [482.9s] I don't know what Flammikins sounds like. [484.2s] We're in this maze. [485.0s] Next jewel pool. [486.0s] We're jumping in. [488.1s] No. [489.7s] Hey, guys, look at these stars. [491.7s] They seem kind of weird. [494.3s] I looked up. [494.8s] What do I see? [496.2s] Make a check. [497.5s] Make a check. [499.4s] Seven. [500.2s] Wait. [500.7s] Am I just perception? [501.4s] Make a nature check. [503.8s] Oh, I got just like fucking bags of nature. [508.3s] Bags of it. [509.7s] Big old bags of nature. [512.7s] Oh, fuck. [517.2s] You guys, there's a big hole in my bag of nature. [520.3s] It's empty. [521.5s] The bag of nature is empty because I rolled a three. [523.8s] Do I need to roll a nature roll? [526.1s] Yeah. [526.3s] So I only got a nine. [527.4s] I also got a nine. [528.4s] Yeah, I got a 15. [530.3s] But I have a plus six. [531.8s] OK, that's better. [533.1s] I got a 15 with no bonus. [535.2s] You're looking up. [535.8s] You're like, yeah, they're stars. [537.4s] He looks to Flammikins. [539.3s] You recognize that they don't look like constellations [541.9s] or stars that you are familiar with. [543.8s] Guys, something's weird about the sky. [546.6s] I don't recognize anything up there. [549.0s] Yeah, like when I'm out at sea because I was a pirate, [552.2s] you guide by the stars. [554.2s] But these are not stars that I'm familiar with. [556.3s] Well, maybe this whole place is in another world or something. [563.2s] That's something now. [564.7s] We haven't really talked about it. [565.9s] We've gone into it. [567.2s] It's true. [568.1s] Or like this is just like a little pocket dimension [571.4s] where they fuck with us in the maze or something. [573.8s] Thaddeus says that looks to be exactly what it is. [577.4s] Good, good call. [578.8s] A pocket dimension where they fuck with us. [581.4s] The old fuck with your pocket dimension. [583.6s] I mean, that's what I would do if I was making a killer maze. [586.9s] Man, if only it was the let's get fucked pocket dimension. [591.8s] It would be so much better. [595.6s] Maybe we'll find one of those things. [597.0s] Yeah, we'll see. [598.5s] Probably not. [599.1s] Probably not here. [599.8s] Well, they never want anyone to get through these mazes. [602.2s] So maybe they will just put up a pub somewhere where you just don't [607.0s] take your squeaky toy elsewhere. [608.3s] I beg the pardon of the squeaky toy dog in this episode. [613.0s] There's your disclaimer. [615.2s] She's here. [615.8s] She's not leaving. [616.9s] No, she settled in with her squeaky toy. [619.4s] All good. [620.3s] Yeah, maybe they just set up a pub somewhere and, you know, [622.4s] you just sit in and the beers are all good and you never have to pay. [625.7s] And that's where you, you know, get stuck. [627.8s] Let's not get trapped like that, you guys. [629.1s] Let's not do that. [629.8s] Sounds like a weird purgatory, but a good one at the same time. [633.6s] So last time we walked and it was only pointed to A. [637.1s] We walked down A and then we came back in and it changed. [641.5s] But when we went in the last one, there was no change, but we had to fight shit. [648.9s] So if the shadow is still pointing at A and C, do we try C again? [651.9s] But there was change because the shadows were at A and C, [654.7s] but the tower was at D and now the towers at H. [657.6s] Right. [659.5s] Right. Right. [662.9s] So maybe we just go H because that's the way the tower is. [666.6s] Sure. [666.8s] Because I mean, we went we went A because that was the way the tower was originally. [670.9s] And then we went C because that's where the shadow was, [675.5s] but the tower was at D. [677.1s] So maybe we should have went tower and ignored the shadows. [681.1s] Everybody make a perception check as well. [684.7s] My strongest one. [685.6s] Thanks. [685.8s] Oh, motherfucker. [686.7s] You had like a huge perception bonus. [688.9s] Yeah, but still 11. [693.6s] I am just killing it on these rolls, by the way. [697.4s] It doesn't matter. [697.8s] It was a very low roll that you needed. [700.1s] So you you also notice as you're kind of looking at the stars [703.4s] and looking around and that the moon is up now [707.0s] and that the shadow that it or the light that it's casting [710.3s] and the shadows that are casting on you are clearly not [714.3s] making the shadow that's on the sundial. [718.6s] So your shadows are going in one direction, [720.5s] whereas the sundial appears to be making its own shadows. [724.6s] Fucking magical shadows. [726.6s] I agree with Flint. [727.9s] Let's let's try to follow the tower. [730.3s] I guess we I mean, what have we got to lose? [733.2s] Well, I don't know. [733.8s] I mean, we tried C last time and it led us to come back [737.2s] to this same place after a big fight room. [739.2s] So, yeah, I say let's try to follow the tower. [744.2s] Give it a shot. [745.4s] So you walk down H and you walk. [747.7s] Sorry, quick question. [748.6s] Yay. [749.6s] With the garnet, I vaguely remember like checking [753.7s] to see if it fits in the sundial anywhere, does it? [756.7s] No, no, it does not. [758.7s] Okay, cool, cool. [760.8s] Sorry. [761.2s] We walk for you begin walking down H [763.8s] and you walk for about a little bit more than a minute [767.0s] and you come into a new area. [769.9s] You emerge from a path into an area far larger than any open [777.7s] area you expected to encounter in the maze garden. [781.7s] This rectangle space must be 90 feet across [785.4s] with its far side almost 150 feet away. [789.7s] It looks like a boulder strewn pasture [792.9s] with a large pond to one side and a fenced vegetable garden [796.6s] and oversized cottage on the other. [799.4s] Sheep graze in the pasture tended by a pair of cyclops [804.1s] but none of them are moving. [806.2s] They all appear frozen in time. [813.0s] Do I see any obvious exit out the other side of this pasture? [819.4s] Yes, you do. [821.4s] Off to the far other side, there appears to be another path [824.8s] much like the last area you were in. [826.4s] There was one directly across. [828.2s] I whisper, guys, and then I start to sneak quietly [832.6s] because I don't want to wake up the cyclops. [835.0s] As soon as you begin to advance into the area, [840.4s] the creatures spring to life with the sheep grazing [843.0s] and the cyclops chatting idly to each other. [845.7s] What do you do after you see that? [847.7s] Do they see me? [849.0s] I just said they're chatting idly to each other. [851.2s] Well, I mean, they only have one eye, so. [854.3s] Their peripheral is a little bit more narrow. [857.0s] They're chatting idly. [862.9s] I couldn't help myself. [865.7s] I sneak quickly behind a boulder [867.9s] because you said this was boulder strewn, right? [869.9s] Very boulder strewn. [871.1s] Okay, I like behind a boulder. [873.7s] Make a stealth check. [875.8s] What are you doing at the entrance there? [878.0s] Everybody else? [879.4s] Just watching Thea dance behind boulders? [883.8s] Yeah, it's a six. [885.4s] So Thea thinks she's really sneaky and she stops [890.3s] and she puts her hands out and then she tucks and rolls. [895.7s] It makes a little bit of noise [897.5s] because everything starts rattling together that she's carrying. [901.0s] And the cyclops notice and they look up [904.5s] and they notice over to you and all the other people entering. [909.0s] Because I'm the only one who clumsily jumped behind a boulder [912.0s] and just left you guys. [912.8s] I'm picturing like, you know, [914.7s] when like a five-year-old does a somersault, [917.1s] then it's so cute, but like not good. [919.9s] That's what I'm picturing. [920.7s] I think that's what it was. [921.7s] It's so cute, it's nice. [923.3s] And then you see them kind of exchange a few unheard words [927.0s] and they play a sort of game [929.0s] that's analogous to rock, paper, scissors. [932.6s] And one loses and both cyclops begin to approach you [939.9s] and they don't appear to be carrying any weapons. [942.3s] How big are cyclopses? [943.5s] Are they like giant? [944.8s] Like, are they, they're big, right? [946.2s] Yeah. [946.7s] Yeah. [947.9s] I know we've seen them before. [950.0s] Well, you guys did run into one in a certain cave [953.7s] in the Patriot games, so. [955.7s] Yeah, cyclops are huge giants. [957.7s] So they are, yeah, they are quite big. [960.6s] Okay. [961.4s] They are walking towards you. [962.9s] They don't appear to have any weapons. [965.2s] I want to climb up on the boulder. [967.4s] Okay, you don't have to roll. [969.8s] You can just climb up on the boulder. [970.9s] Good, because. [971.9s] You don't have to roll. [972.3s] I haven't rolled over a 10 yet. [974.3s] Just climb up on the boulder. [976.0s] I haven't rolled over a five yet. [977.5s] I think I need to start rolling with my right hand. [984.5s] This is me taking off my wrist brace [986.5s] for those of you playing the home game. [988.7s] I love Amy's strategies to have better rolls. [991.5s] Use different dice, use my other hand. [993.8s] You should start using the digital dice, [995.2s] see if those do better for you. [996.3s] No, I want to roll. [999.2s] What is everybody else doing? [1000.6s] Flame McKinsey is like, yeah, I want to be up on a rock, too. [1003.2s] I just kind of give them like a like a wave, like a hello. [1007.8s] One of them waves back to you. [1009.6s] That's very nice. [1010.6s] Oh, that's nice. [1013.0s] Kind of surprising. [1014.2s] Nularaaa, you and Thaddeus are just chilling [1016.8s] and they continue towards you. [1018.6s] And as they get to about within 20 feet of you, [1023.8s] the one that lost the game [1026.2s] scoops up a small boulder from the ground [1028.5s] and gestures towards you and your party. [1033.2s] He then looks downfield and heaves the boulder 100 feet [1037.2s] where it bounces and rolls another 20 feet. [1040.6s] Both Cyclops then turn and face you [1044.5s] looking kind of expectant at you. [1046.2s] I am applauding wildly. [1048.2s] Me, too. [1048.6s] I'll also clap. [1049.4s] I'm sitting crisscross applesauce on top of this boulder [1051.5s] just like, well, once you guys start clapping, [1054.7s] I'll start clapping because you look like an asshole. [1058.0s] Exactly. [1058.5s] I don't want to be the dick that's not clapping. [1060.7s] Plus, it was an impressive throw and good throw there. [1064.0s] They're just standing staring at you as you applaud them. [1066.7s] I say that was a great throwing. [1070.9s] Should one of us throw? [1071.9s] None of them respond. [1073.1s] I pick up a little like pebble that I find on top of the boulder and I have it. [1077.4s] You throw a pebble and they look at it [1079.5s] and look at each other and kind of chuckle and then look back at you. [1083.1s] What language do they speak? [1085.0s] Giant or do they have Cyclops? [1086.6s] Do they have their own language? [1087.7s] I believe it's giant. [1089.0s] No, yeah, you know they speak giant. [1091.8s] I don't speak giant. [1093.2s] I do. [1095.8s] So I say, hello, we're trying to get to the tower. [1102.2s] Which way should we go? [1103.6s] They don't answer your question, but they say, [1106.1s] well, you need to play game. [1109.3s] Okay. Is it a throwing game? [1112.6s] Yes, you go pick up boulder. [1116.2s] You throw farther and then you pass. [1121.9s] Only one of us has to do that. [1124.6s] Only one has to throw further. [1125.8s] We all can go. [1127.0s] And any throws. [1129.6s] Okay. [1130.0s] Must go farther. [1131.6s] Okay. Nobody else speaks giant, right? [1135.2s] You guys? [1136.2s] Well, there is like a certain one, [1137.8s] someone in my head that does speak giant, [1139.8s] but he's not in control right now. [1141.5s] Okay. So anyway, so I explain what they said, [1144.9s] like we have to play this game. [1146.4s] If one of us can throw the boulder, [1148.1s] pick up the boulder and throw it further [1150.2s] than they did, then we can go. [1152.6s] That's ridiculous. [1154.6s] But your magic, don't you have like. [1158.4s] Oh yeah, maybe lightning. [1159.8s] Maybe like Thaddeus could do something. [1162.6s] Maybe Thaddeus has Thaddeus. [1164.3s] Do you know Mage Hand? [1166.2s] Mage Hand lifts 10 pounds. [1168.4s] Max. [1169.0s] Well, some DM did their research. [1171.7s] Geez, yeah. [1175.0s] Hang on here. [1175.5s] Let me just bring up Thaddeus's character sheet [1177.8s] because I have an idea. [1179.4s] I could conjure something that could maybe [1184.9s] carry something this big. [1187.0s] I don't know if I could get it to throw it though. [1189.1s] We need to like put a levitate spell [1191.4s] on something or something so that it, [1194.5s] you know, so that it's light. [1195.8s] So we can just like push it. [1197.8s] I hope they don't speak common. [1199.3s] So we're just talking strategy. [1201.0s] They're just staring at you. [1202.1s] They don't seem to be minding too much. [1204.7s] Thaddeus does have a levitate spell, [1208.6s] but it can, let's see here, [1210.6s] can rise up to 20 feet, [1213.1s] but it will just be like suspended there. [1215.0s] So yeah, I guess we'd have to like [1217.0s] push it or something to. [1218.7s] Well, we'd have to like cast it, [1220.8s] pretend to lift it, throw it, right? [1224.7s] I assume magic is against the rules probably, [1227.9s] but there's no way we can do it. [1229.4s] Otherwise, I don't think. [1231.5s] Yeah. [1231.8s] My other solution also involves magic. [1235.5s] They haven't said no magic. [1237.2s] I don't want to ask because I feel like. [1240.1s] Because yeah, Thaddeus, [1241.1s] with grants a spell book also has induce or, [1244.9s] or enlarge or reduce. [1247.5s] So you could take like a small or yeah, [1251.8s] like a small rock, [1253.0s] lift it up, throw it, [1254.2s] and as it's being thrown, [1255.3s] like transform it into a large rock. [1257.8s] Right. [1259.2s] Still, that's still awfully far throw. [1261.9s] Yes, it's a long way to go. [1263.4s] We would need a lot of strength [1264.7s] to do something like that. [1266.4s] Also, levitate only has a 60 foot range, [1269.7s] so Thaddeus would have to like [1271.5s] you'd have to chase it. [1272.3s] Walk alongside it. [1278.3s] But it can levitate something up to 500 pounds, [1281.0s] so that's good. [1281.6s] We make some sort of catapults. [1283.9s] I don't know how to do that. [1285.9s] Some sort of trebuchet. [1288.3s] Hmm. [1289.4s] In theory, probably like one of us [1292.6s] could know how to do that. [1294.3s] But I mean, I'm a former soldier. [1296.2s] Quickly, exactly. [1297.5s] But not like. [1298.5s] We need a half a day to build this. [1300.7s] Yeah, don't worry, Iskander. [1303.7s] We're coming. [1304.3s] We're in a hurry. [1305.5s] We're like, we're doing a trebuchet. [1308.9s] Has the door behind us disappeared? [1311.5s] Should we just leave you guys like. [1314.7s] Oh, this is throw or what? [1317.0s] Uh, we'll we'll see. [1318.6s] We're just we're talking strategy. [1320.3s] We're not as naturally gifted as you at throwing. [1323.5s] Oh, yeah, you you puny. [1325.8s] Yeah, we are. [1328.6s] Could we, uh, can we can we go back [1331.5s] the way we came and maybe come back later? [1333.5s] Try and play the game. [1335.1s] I mean, sure. [1337.6s] Okay, okay, guys. [1339.7s] They're not going to try and stop us [1340.8s] if we leave the way we came. [1342.5s] We can leave and go try a different one. [1344.9s] I mean, I'm into it. [1347.5s] Let's go. [1348.7s] So you you exit back the way you came. [1350.7s] Yeah. [1351.2s] All right. [1351.7s] So there's no shame in running away. [1356.7s] Well, because we don't know. [1357.6s] Like last time it just like scooped us back in. [1360.2s] But you're right. [1360.8s] Let's just try a different one. [1361.9s] It's not like we have to go there [1363.4s] because that's where we ended up. [1365.0s] Or maybe we do, but we'll find out. [1366.7s] All right, well, let's go because [1367.7s] I wasn't going to lift that thing. [1369.9s] And you guys all begin to walk back out [1372.3s] the way you came and you walk for bad. [1375.1s] A little less than a minute this time. [1376.7s] And you find yourselves back in the open pasture. [1380.1s] God damn it. [1381.1s] And the cyclops see you and they're like, ha ha ha. [1385.3s] They thought they could leave without throwing boulder. [1388.7s] You guys. [1389.7s] You guys got us. [1390.7s] We got them. [1391.5s] Yeah, we did. [1392.6s] You got us. [1393.5s] So you throw a boulder or what? [1395.6s] Yeah, we're going to. [1397.0s] I try to get the boulder nearest to me. [1399.1s] We're going to work something out. [1400.7s] No, you throw. [1401.5s] You throw a boulder. [1402.5s] We we threw. [1404.6s] That way it's fair. [1406.7s] Oh, same boulder. [1408.1s] Well, that's that's why it's fair. [1410.1s] Yeah, that you. [1412.3s] That's you're right. [1413.5s] You're right. [1414.7s] What do you say? [1416.3s] So we need to go throw the boulder that he threw so that it's fair. [1420.5s] I start walking to the boulder. [1422.3s] OK, me too. [1423.5s] I mean, I want to let's go see this thing. [1425.9s] Maybe it's a lot later than we think it's going to be. [1428.1s] It's not spoiler alert. [1429.7s] It's probably not. [1431.3s] But you're right. [1431.8s] It's worth a shot. [1433.4s] Yeah, as you approach the boulder that they threw, [1437.5s] you you you examine it's about two feet in diameter [1440.8s] and just given it the old heave hole, [1442.9s] you could probably guess that it weighs about 500 pounds, maybe more. [1447.1s] Oh, my God. [1447.6s] And it's only two feet. [1449.4s] It's a hefty boulder. [1450.9s] That's some dense, dense in diameter. [1453.0s] It's a dense, like heavy, heavy rock. [1456.7s] Guys, this must be like a million pounds. [1463.4s] Ah, OK, you've got a good idea. [1467.1s] Yeah, I do want to. [1468.6s] How many tries do we have to throw it the farthest? [1470.9s] Is it just we just keep throwing till we get it or we throw once [1476.1s] and like something horrible will happen? [1480.1s] This is a good question, which I then ask them. [1483.1s] You just have to throw boulder farther than we throw boulder. [1487.5s] OK, we just have to throw it further than they threw it. [1491.1s] This is flawed because we're going to get tired after the first time and then. [1495.9s] Well, there's I think no way we can throw it non-magically. [1500.8s] We can't even lift it non-magically. [1502.7s] All of us working together could lift it. [1504.9s] OK, guys, I think I think here's our play. [1509.3s] So I got that rod, a lordly mite that can turn into a ladder. [1513.5s] So what we do is we find a really big boulder, [1517.5s] put the ladder over top of it with at the halfway point lower, [1525.1s] the one half of it down with this smaller boulder [1528.4s] that we need to throw over 120 feet onto the end of it and kind of lock it in place. [1533.9s] And then, you know, as we put all of our combined weight into the other end of the [1539.7s] ladder and thus create some sort of launching system to throw this boulder as far as we [1545.8s] possibly can. So you want to create leverage using your ladder and another boulder as a fulcrum? [1553.3s] Yes, that's that's exactly the words I was looking for. [1556.2s] Can't I just use magic? [1558.2s] I mean, I don't know, shit all over my great idea, Thaddeus, whatever. [1564.3s] No, you do you, man. I want to see this happen. [1566.8s] Yeah, I want to see something. [1568.7s] It was too good. It was too beautiful to live. [1570.7s] It was too good. I feel like. [1572.9s] I think we should try Flint's plan because we need to save spells. [1579.2s] It's a good point. [1580.0s] I agree. [1581.1s] Also, way more fun. [1584.7s] Yeah, let's work together. [1585.5s] Let's work together. I like it. [1588.5s] Teamwork. And I jump into the air. [1590.2s] What's the combined weight of everybody if that's what you're doing? [1597.3s] I mean, not that I'm going to do all the physics behind it, but it'll give me an idea. [1600.8s] I'm 110 pounds. [1602.7s] Flint is a hundred and sixty four pounds. [1606.7s] Twenty five of which is beard. [1608.1s] Hey, Thea. [1609.5s] Whoa, I'm way. [1611.5s] Yeah, you're way fish. [1613.5s] I forget how tall I am. [1614.8s] I probably weigh like one hundred and sixty pounds. [1618.0s] I'm like normal size. [1619.9s] Geez, Thaddeus is one hundred and forty three. [1623.2s] Thaddeus is a skinny dude, too. [1626.2s] I'm surprised that Flint was that skinny. [1628.2s] Well, he's only four foot eight. [1630.6s] He's but thick. [1632.2s] I'm five foot two and I don't weigh that much less than that. [1636.3s] And I am not a dwarf. [1637.9s] Flamikins Kins is fifty two pounds. [1640.0s] Oh, all right. [1641.5s] It's canon now. [1642.3s] One hundred and ninety four pounds. [1644.3s] One hundred and ninety four. [1645.4s] You're like skinny shaming Flint. [1647.0s] We didn't mean to. [1647.5s] Combined, you all weigh five hundred fifty nine pounds. [1650.8s] And Donnie. [1651.8s] Donnie. [1653.6s] Who is bigger now. [1655.3s] And Donnie can like take a head start flying into that thing. [1658.7s] Yeah, see, I get guacamole. [1661.1s] Oh, guac, of course, guacamole out. [1664.0s] OK, so let's say we're up to like seven hundred. [1667.5s] Let's say we're up to like seven hundred pounds, maybe more. [1671.1s] Let's go eight hundred pounds. [1672.3s] OK, I don't know how physics works. [1674.4s] I didn't know we were going to get like a math master class. [1677.8s] No, I'm just I'm just using it for my own. [1679.9s] We need more weight to push down if we don't weigh as much or have much as. [1684.3s] OK, so how this is going to work is this is Flint's idea. [1689.7s] So it's all his fault if it doesn't work. [1692.0s] Flint is going to be making the roles for it. [1695.1s] OK, anybody can assist in those roles to give advantage. [1701.1s] But that's what we're going to do. [1702.3s] So how many times can we do that? [1704.3s] Explain to explain to me. [1705.9s] Well, we'll see what happens in the first one. [1707.7s] Explain explain to me what happens during the setup. [1711.2s] OK, so we find the biggest boulder that we can. [1714.7s] Like maybe the one that was kind of the size that Amy was sitting on [1718.2s] earlier, whatever. [1719.8s] Because I imagine we have to throw it either back to the Giants [1723.6s] or from like that's what I was thinking back this way. [1727.0s] Like, I'm not sure. [1727.8s] OK, so we find a rock that's close by that's bigger than the one [1732.6s] that we're needing to throw. [1734.7s] And we use the ladder with the big rock as what do you call it? [1738.4s] A fulcrum in the middle. [1740.8s] Yes, we're making simple machines. [1742.9s] It's been so long since I did any of this stuff in like math [1747.2s] that I forgotten all about it because you don't need math in the real world. [1750.9s] Listeners, please correct us if we are using 100 percent. [1755.0s] We're wrong. [1755.8s] Yeah, 100 percent. [1757.4s] But yeah, so we use we use a larger rock as like the fulcrum [1762.5s] and have the ladder in its full mode, which it can support up [1766.3s] to five thousand pounds or something, the book said. [1768.6s] So we should be free and clear as far as that's concerned. [1771.2s] We have the boulder that we need to throw weighing it down [1774.9s] on one end like like a seesaw. [1777.3s] And then we all pile on the other end in like some sort of, I don't know, [1782.5s] maybe we all jump off guacamole and land on the fucking thing. [1785.8s] I don't know. [1786.9s] But somehow we need to all put all of our weight on that end [1791.0s] and hurl that so well, even just like, oh, oh, oh, oh, yeah, [1797.2s] that would work, too. Right. [1800.7s] The I feel like it would crush us. [1802.5s] The only thing I'm going to I'm going to I'm going to probably change here, [1807.0s] not change, because this is this is canon is how it's been portrayed within the game [1812.3s] is the the ladder you're speaking of is more of a pole with like [1817.5s] things that shoot out the side. [1819.0s] So it's a climbing pole, not so much a dual side. [1822.8s] A pogo stick with many different. [1825.7s] Pretty sure that's how we've described it before. [1829.8s] I do not remember the way. [1831.1s] Neither, but that makes sense. [1833.1s] I mean, it makes sense if it's like a sword like that. [1836.4s] It's a rod. [1837.8s] And then it just seems it seems reasonable, I guess. [1842.2s] It does have a spike at the bottom and three hooks at the top, though. [1845.7s] So in theory, you could manipulate that to hold that boulder in place. [1850.0s] Yeah, OK. Yeah, sure. [1851.8s] Yeah, this is going to be a that's going to be a straight strength roll. [1857.0s] OK, that's like my best one. [1859.2s] Because so all of you are trying to aid Flint or you're all aiding in the thing. [1864.7s] But yeah, so Flint is going to make the role. [1866.7s] Anybody who wants to aid can give assistance. [1871.5s] And then I believe it's just advantage that they that he gets. [1876.6s] Is this going to be like a rule that we could have been using [1879.2s] the entire time we've been playing, but never knew? [1882.9s] Actions in combat. [1884.3s] This is the page that you should look at. [1886.1s] Probably a thing we should have read. [1888.3s] So you can you can lend your aid to another creature in the completion of a task [1892.9s] when you take the help action. [1894.3s] The creature you aid gains advantage on the next ability check [1897.2s] it makes to perform the task you are helping with, [1900.3s] provided provided that it makes the check before the start of your next turn. [1905.2s] Alternatively, you can aid a friendly creature, [1907.3s] attacking a creature within five feet of you. [1908.9s] You faint distraction to cause advantage. [1911.9s] So like I could get on my hands and knees behind someone that the is fighting [1916.1s] and she could push that person over top of me. [1918.7s] Yep, it's a classic move. [1920.7s] Or like if you were a tabaxi, you could like get the crowd pumped up. [1925.1s] Oh, yeah. [1925.6s] To distract people. [1926.9s] Yep, yep, yep, yep. [1930.7s] Patreon.com slash dumb dragon cat. [1934.3s] It's amazing. [1935.0s] You really should listen to it. [1936.8s] We need that T-shirt. [1937.9s] That needs to be coming. [1939.0s] That's my favorite. [1940.1s] It's one of my favorite things. [1941.9s] Are you not entertained? [1943.5s] We do need that on a show. [1944.7s] But it's just for patrons of only people that have heard it anyway. [1948.0s] Well, that's an inside joke. [1949.2s] It is an inside joke. [1950.5s] Also, we're still learning so much about how Dumbgeons and Dragons work. [1953.9s] That's true. [1954.3s] Help, guys. [1955.1s] That's an action we can do. [1957.2s] OK, so what? [1957.9s] Sorry. [1958.1s] What's your strength there? [1959.9s] My strength is 19. [1962.4s] OK, and you're rolling with advantage. [1965.9s] My homies. [1967.5s] I am rolling with my homies. [1969.5s] He is almost literally rolling with his homies. [1973.1s] OK, so I guess I get two rolls in. [1975.8s] You sure do. [1982.6s] Hey there. [1983.1s] I'm your Dungeon Master Russ More. [2075.9s] Let's jump back into the maze and see if the dice are ever in the player's favor. [2079.9s] Have a great week. We'll talk soon. [2082.0s] All right, first role was a 15, so that's a 19. [2090.7s] Second role is also a 15 or 19. [2096.2s] That is the third 15 I've rolled tonight. [2098.6s] You already did help. [2100.8s] That was his advantage. [2102.5s] So with a 19, you all like in one fell swoop, [2107.9s] guacamole and Donnie are trying to use all their might. [2111.9s] And you manage to get the bowler up and it's in the air and it flies for seems like forever. [2121.9s] But then it lands about 40 feet away and rolls about 20 feet. [2129.5s] And Nulara hears the giant say, not far enough. [2133.2s] Dang, guys. [2134.0s] Does she yell back? [2134.7s] No, shit. [2135.2s] I was worried it was going to land on a sheep. [2139.4s] I was worried it was just going to land on us. [2141.3s] Directly on us and end of campaign. [2145.5s] I didn't even have to do it. [2146.7s] You did it yourself. [2148.8s] That would be hilarious. [2152.1s] God, what an end. [2153.2s] What an end to three years. [2155.9s] I love it in a rock throwing contest. [2159.6s] We might need to use magic, you guys. [2161.5s] I just I don't think we're strong enough. [2163.8s] So what do you guys got? [2166.3s] Yeah, Thaddeus, what you got? [2167.5s] I mean, I got levitate or I mean, I got reduce and large. [2172.5s] I can make it small and one of you big. [2175.7s] But I don't think that's going to fly for the actual boulder itself. [2182.3s] Has to be the same size when we throw it. [2184.4s] But no, they said it has to be the same boulder. [2186.9s] They didn't say it has to be the same size. [2190.0s] It's true. [2191.6s] I don't know. [2192.1s] Just ask them. [2194.0s] Are we so technically speaking, it just needs to be the same boulder, correct? [2205.0s] Yeah, yeah. [2206.8s] Do they not get it? [2208.3s] No, I don't think I don't think they get it. [2211.0s] OK, so you pick up that boulder that you just that one. [2215.6s] You did very good job, but not good enough. [2219.1s] So you take that boulder and you throw it farther. [2223.0s] OK, you just do it. [2225.1s] OK, is this like a matrix situation where you can just like dispend our belief [2230.3s] in like the law of physics and it'll just go as far as we want it to go? [2234.8s] I don't know what you're referring. [2235.9s] I was asking Russ, not the Cyclops. [2241.2s] Well, it sounds like I mean, they think I'm a real dumb dumb. [2245.2s] We just got to throw that boulder. [2247.0s] So Thaddeus, it's your shrink it. [2249.4s] It's your magic. [2250.0s] What's going to work best? [2251.2s] Do you think? [2253.3s] I mean, if I levitate it, we can. [2257.3s] Push, push it. [2260.3s] See if that works. [2261.4s] I mean, worse, they say is no, it doesn't seem like they want to hurt us. [2264.6s] This is true. [2265.4s] Let's try that first. [2266.5s] It seems less seems like we could play it off more naturally. [2271.8s] I don't think we have to play it off naturally at this point. [2274.0s] I think we just need to make it happen. [2275.9s] Yeah, fair. [2277.4s] Can we push it with his Rod of Lordly Might and just kind of walk it over to the 150? [2283.0s] We can't walk it over. [2284.0s] They have to throw it. [2285.9s] Well, Thaddeus is going to have to walk with it for a little bit because he can have 60 [2290.5s] feet of range on either side. [2292.3s] So, yeah, he can just run beside it. [2294.1s] But I think to give it a good shove, I don't know. [2298.3s] We could do the ladder trick again. [2300.0s] It'll be light. [2300.9s] It'll go further. [2302.1s] Sure. [2302.3s] Let's give it a try. [2303.5s] I don't think it'll go directionally the way we want to go. [2306.3s] If it's levitate, won't it just continue on straight up in the air? [2311.5s] Excuse me, Cyclops's. [2313.0s] What happens if we technically it would be further disappeared? [2317.3s] That's going to kill sheep later. [2319.5s] Three hours later, you just hear a strangled cry. [2324.9s] Betsy, no, Betsy. [2328.0s] Interesting. [2329.9s] Yeah, let's let's get it done. [2333.0s] Thaddeus begins casting levitate and the boulder rises vertically. [2340.6s] Up into the air about push ability height, which is about, I don't know, say 10 feet. [2347.4s] It can go up to 20 feet, but you wouldn't be able to reach it then. [2351.1s] It's a true story. [2353.5s] I was going to say, does Thaddeus have to push it because it's his thing or I mean, [2356.7s] I still think Flint should do it because he's by far the strongest of us. [2359.4s] So it would go the furthest. [2360.7s] So maybe if you could knock that down a little. [2364.0s] I got to hop on someone's shoulders. [2367.9s] He waves his hands and it goes down a little bit. [2369.9s] All right, perfect. [2371.3s] So, yeah, am I am I rolling for this, Russ, or am I just tossing it? [2374.6s] What's happening here? [2376.7s] What are you trying to do with it? [2377.6s] Are you trying to push it or are you trying to throw it? [2379.1s] Or are you trying? [2379.6s] I am trying to throw slash push it. [2384.0s] Yeah, kind of like give it the old heave ho. [2387.2s] Like I'm throwing a ball in in soccer and I'm going over the head. [2390.2s] Yeah, yeah, yeah. [2391.0s] Yeah, sure. [2392.1s] All right. [2392.7s] Yeah, let's do that. [2395.2s] Thaddeus is like, just don't don't throw it so fast. [2398.2s] You can't run very fast. [2399.7s] But if he has like a 40 or 50 foot head start on me, [2403.5s] then it'll still be within the six year old range. [2405.8s] Yeah, he'll already be halfway there. [2408.3s] Yeah. [2408.8s] So yeah, we'll say you have advantage because I assume somebody's helping you. [2412.3s] I need a lot of help. [2413.3s] So I assume that or just like encouraging from the side. [2416.6s] All right. [2416.8s] That's a 14. [2419.5s] The first row. [2420.1s] Oh, not 20. [2424.3s] You walk up to you. [2426.3s] You explain to me how you have and then I'll tell you what. [2429.4s] So I've got it kind of in my in my hands. [2433.4s] And then true to throwing a soccer ball in back to the field, [2436.4s] I put it over my head and then hop like a step and a half forward [2440.9s] and give it the old heave ho towards Thaddeus. [2444.7s] Doing my best to keep it level. [2446.3s] I don't want it on an angle of any sorts. [2449.4s] Sure. [2449.9s] Yeah, you do that and you're using all your might. [2452.6s] And it feels pretty light to you at this point because of the reduced weight. [2457.4s] You know, magic now. [2458.9s] And it begins to cruise towards the Giants area where the Giants threw from. [2466.6s] Sorry, the Giants begins to cruise. [2469.7s] They are giant creatures. [2471.4s] Yeah, but are they Giants? [2473.6s] Technically, yes. [2474.5s] Cyclops is our Giants. [2476.8s] They speak giant. [2477.9s] They are giant. [2478.6s] I'm learning so much today. [2481.1s] Help Giants. [2482.0s] It's mind blowing. [2484.2s] Yeah, and it begins cruising along and it kind of catches up and surpasses Thaddeus [2489.4s] and he begins to jog a little bit and it goes and it kind of parts the Cyclops [2495.1s] and they step as it goes by and it hits the hedge and begins to roll sideways. [2501.8s] And Thaddeus, once he thinks that it's made it past, [2505.5s] he drops the levitate spell and it hits the ground and the Cyclops is [2509.4s] kind of look back to where you threw it, [2511.3s] where theirs landed because you threw it from the second point from a different spot [2515.9s] into where it landed now. [2517.4s] And they turn to you and knew Laura, you hear them say, [2520.7s] you did it puny people. [2522.5s] Yay. [2523.6s] We did it. [2527.9s] So what was the tower? [2530.7s] You got to go. [2533.4s] You got to go that way. [2534.3s] But wait, but wait, hold on. [2536.2s] You have to go back out that way. [2538.0s] Hold on. [2539.4s] And one of the Cyclops is goes and picks up another boulder [2544.3s] and he lifts it above his head and smashes it down on top of the rock that you just threw. [2552.7s] And it cracks open and reached. [2555.1s] He reaches down into the rubble and like dust something off and walks over to you [2560.1s] and hands you a topaz gemstone and says, you can go now, I guess. [2568.5s] Thank you. [2569.6s] We can go, guys. [2570.3s] We're going to get all the birthstones, you guys. [2572.4s] Yeah, totally. [2573.4s] Is there some sort of gauntlet we could put this? [2577.5s] That's right. [2578.2s] So I assume you just bid your Cyclops's farewell. [2581.9s] Indeed. [2582.3s] Do you head out the way you came or the far side? [2585.3s] I got to go far. [2586.0s] I guess the far side. [2587.3s] I mean, it just will probably take us back to the fucking sundial room, but maybe not. [2592.0s] Maybe not. [2592.7s] Yeah. [2593.6s] You begin walking out and you pass through the pasture and you see sheep [2597.7s] and then you walk out and it's a it's a pretty quick journey this time. [2602.0s] It only takes you about 30 seconds and you end up back in the sundial room [2606.6s] with the sundial shadows still pointing to A and C. [2611.6s] Where's the tower in relation? [2614.7s] You actually don't see the tower this time. [2617.6s] Kind of fuckery is this, Russ. [2621.0s] I don't know. [2621.5s] I like soups haven't figured it out. [2624.0s] I don't know if you guys have, but. [2625.7s] Nope, sure, haven't figured it out yet. [2627.7s] Me neither. [2629.7s] What way is our shadows like? [2633.7s] Are they still counter counterintuitive to what's actually in the moonlight or on the sundial or? [2639.7s] Yep. [2640.2s] OK, yeah, it does. [2641.7s] Yeah, they don't seem to be facing the same direction anybody shadow seems to be faced. [2645.7s] Well, this everybody else's shadow seems to be facing where the moonlight is coming from. [2651.0s] But everybody else's or the sundial shadow. [2653.4s] But those shadows haven't moved. [2655.4s] Haven't moved, still pointed at the A and C exits. [2659.4s] Guys, it seems like we might just have to go through all of them. [2663.4s] All of them. Yeah, I mean, we've got we tried A and it circled around. [2667.4s] We went through C and found the jewels, went through H, found the giants. [2673.4s] So I don't know. [2675.4s] I think maybe we should go through A or C again. [2679.4s] Damn it, Amy. [2681.4s] Damn it, Amy. [2683.4s] When Russ smiles like that, it's the wrong thing to do. [2687.4s] Or when one of us says, I think we're just going to have to go through every single one of them. [2692.4s] And he goes like this. [2696.4s] Well, is that the wrong way? [2699.4s] When we went a better poker face. [2701.4s] When we went through A, nothing happened originally. [2705.4s] Right. It just circled us back around so we could try that again. [2709.4s] When you originally went through A. [2711.4s] Yeah. Like when it was only pointed at A. [2713.4s] Yeah. It came in and it was the shadows changed to A and C. [2717.4s] Yeah. And the tower. [2718.4s] But nothing happened when we went through A, right? [2720.4s] Yeah. This was what I was saying. [2721.4s] Let's try again. [2722.4s] Yeah. This is what I was saying. [2723.4s] In game, Russ. [2724.4s] Geez, Russ, yeah. [2726.4s] God, mind your own business. [2728.4s] God damn. [2730.4s] This weird voice coming from the heavens. [2734.4s] It's me, Iskander. [2736.4s] Have you figured it out yet? [2738.4s] Shut up, Iskander. [2739.4s] Or give us better tips. [2743.4s] Theo, do you want to try A again? [2745.4s] Sure. [2746.4s] Just to see? [2747.4s] Let's see what happens. [2748.4s] Yeah. [2749.4s] Now walk through A. [2753.4s] It's like another 40 seconds to walk down this winding path. [2757.4s] And you enter. [2760.4s] And ahead, you see a bubbling fountain. [2764.4s] Filling the pathway. [2767.4s] It's filling the pathway. [2768.4s] Large, bright flowers grow in the hedges on both sides of the fountain [2773.4s] and each blossom shimmering in the light. [2776.4s] The air smelling particularly fresh and sweet here. [2781.4s] So a large flower grows on each northern and southern side of each square. [2787.4s] Guys, it's so pretty in here. [2789.4s] Makes me think it's probably poison. [2791.4s] You're so cynical. [2792.4s] If only we had people that knew nature. [2794.4s] So this is like a long corridor with the path going up the center. [2798.4s] There is a bubbling fountain in the center. [2801.4s] There's large, bright flowers that grow in hedges on both sides of the fountain. [2805.4s] So imagine like your north is one hedge, south is one hedge, [2809.4s] and you cut through the center there. [2811.4s] As you get closer, you can see that the shimmering of the flowers [2815.4s] comes from a large pearl set into each one. [2824.4s] Some of the music in today's episode is by Kavin McLeod of incompetech.filmmusic.io [2848.4s] and Scott Buckley at scottbuckley.com.au [2851.4s] So previously you guys found yourselves arriving at Zanthal's tower [2856.4s] and escorted into the maze where you saw who? [2862.4s] Screaming at you? [2865.4s] Magellan. [2866.4s] The dude we were supposed to see. [2867.4s] Yep, not Magellan. [2869.4s] Magellan. [2871.4s] Galileo. [2872.4s] I can't read your writings. [2874.4s] Which one of the astronomers was it? [2876.4s] And the sprinkle of gold breadcrumbs that Tom just threw [2879.4s] because money doesn't mean anything to you guys. [2882.4s] It doesn't. [2883.4s] They're gone. [2884.4s] Are gone. [2885.4s] They weren't coppers. [2886.4s] It's no big thing. [2887.4s] It's like dropping pennies. [2889.4s] What are pennies? [2890.4s] The millennials who listen to us, eh? [2893.4s] Amy, we went over this. [2895.4s] You are a millennial. [2896.4s] I know. [2897.4s] But I'm not happy about it. [2900.4s] Sorry, Ross. [2901.4s] It's another podcast. [2902.4s] Are you a millennial? [2906.4s] Yep. [2909.4s] Yep, you do. [2910.4s] He's dialing up. [2911.4s] Hold on a second. [2914.4s] Because I can edit out crunches and stuff. [2916.4s] I can't edit out squeaks. [2918.4s] We've already apologized for the squeaks. [2920.4s] We want to see a real life throw. [2922.4s] Will you throw that squeaky toy? [2923.4s] It'll be analogous to you throwing that pebble in game. [2927.4s] Perfect. [2929.4s] Amazing. [2930.4s] So good. [2931.4s] I chucked this pebble. [2932.4s] And I say, wow, Carla, that was great. [2938.4s] That's what giant sounds like. [2940.4s] Not what I expected giant to sound like. [2942.4s] I know. [2943.4s] It's like when Mike Tyson speaks and you're like, really? [2946.4s] Wasn't expecting that. [2949.4s] Are they like big red flowers that just look like, are they in green plumbing [2956.4s] pipes? [2957.4s] There are like seven flowers. [2960.4s] How are we going to eat this as we walk by? [2963.4s] Dumbgeons and Dragons is a Dumb Dragons production.
